It was good to hear feedback from Mrs Ball today about the progress made in English books and how teachers are challenging the children in their work via their marking.
Welcome back after the Summer Holidays.
I would like to welcome our new Headteacher Mrs Holden to Hindsford and I look forward to meeting with her on a regular basis to hear all the wonderful work that is carried out each and every day in school.
I can already see from Mrs Holden’s blog that the children are working incredibly hard and making good progress. Below are just some of the children that have already been in the stripy book.
The staff have also been working hard and yesterday in the first meeting of the year, we looked at and talked about the new School Development Plan, which the staff worked on during the two INSET days at the start of the year.
